We’re a small, fast-moving team building something iconic—and this role is a rare prospect to shape that journey from the ground up. Position Overview: We’re looking for a full-time Visual / Graphic Designer who can bring Firefly’s brand world to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the marketing and retail teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals that feel elevated, up-to-date, and unmistakably Firefly.



This is not a plug-and-play design role. We want someone who thinks, questions, creates, and builds.
