Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with robust expertise in Employee Central (EC) to support a fast-paced HR systems environment. This is a hands-on freelance opportunity for a senior professional who can quickly step in, manage configurations, and drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on configuration in Employee Central (Workflows, Business Rules, RBP, Data Models) Manage day-to-day system operations and ongoing enhancements Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize and automate processes Support bi-annual SuccessFactors releases (impact analysis, testing, updates) Provide configuration and support across modules: Recruiting Onboarding Learning Management System (LMS)
Performance & Goals (PMGM) Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) Hands-on experience with: Workflows Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Business Rules Experience supporting live/production environments Exposure to release management cycles Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly Preferred Experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules Strong stakeholder communication skills Prior experience in fast-paced or global HR environments
