Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals Build and scale social media accounts from zero to a robust, engaged, and conversion-driven audience Create, design, and edit high-quality content including posts, reels, short-form videos, carousels, and stories Own the complete content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, designing, editing, publishing, and optimization Manage multiple client accounts and ensure consistent growth and performance delivery Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly Conduct competitor analysis and implement data-backed growth strategies Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, SEO, paid ads, content) for integrated campaigns
