We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR team in day-today operational activities, recruitment and assist in Trainings & employee engagement activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes, particularly employee lifecycle management.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
Support ID card generation and issuance for new joiners
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and joining formalities
Assist in HR operations tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and file management
Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes
Plan and execute training programs & initiatives and assist in employee engagement activities to boost employee morale
Assist in recruitment and coordination
