About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
2. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
3. Provide shipment updates, tracking details, and status reports
4. Coordinate with operations, sales, and documentation teams
5. Ensure timely documentation and process compliance
6. Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction levels
7. Follow up on pending shipments, deliveries, and issues
8. Maintain records in CRM/ERP systems
9. Support in cross-selling and upselling services, prepare daily/DSR
