The Role The HR Manager at SARC will be the first dedicated HR leader in the organisation.



You will own the full people function — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, engagement, and culture — across all three brands and ~60 employees. This is not a policy-maintenance role. You will be working directly with the founders to build people systems that are both rigorous and human — structured enough to scale, and warm enough to reflect who we are. You will need to be equally comfortable drafting a payroll process, mediating a team conflict, and helping write a job post that actually sounds like us. The ideal candidate has hospitality HR experience, thrives in fast-moving environments, and genuinely believes that a great team culture is a business asset — not an afterthought.
