Job Title: PYP Coordinator

Location: Bloomingdale International School, Vijayawada

Job Description:

Bloomingdale International School in Vijayawada is seeking a dedicated and experienced PYP Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for leading and managing the Primary Years Program (PYP).

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation of the PYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with International Baccalaureate (IB) standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and enhance the PYP framework within the school.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for teachers to ensure the high-quality delivery of the PYP curriculum.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the PYP program, making necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with the school leadership team to develop strategic plans and goals for the PYP program.
- Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, and the broader community regarding the PYP.
- Ensure compliance with all IB requirements and participate in IB evaluation processes.

- Additional Skills:

- Experience in developing and implementing school-wide policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a PYP Coordinator or similar educational leadership role.
- Strong understanding and experience with the IB PYP framework.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
