Associate — Global Strategic Partnerships
You don't just "manage" partners. You build the supply engine that powers a global AI platform.
Joveo's recruitment advertising platform runs on machine learning, real-time bidding, and predictive optimization — delivering millions of job ads to the right candidates at the right moment. But none of that works without world-class supply partnerships fueling the machine.
That's where you come in.
The Role — In Plain English
You'll own relationships that directly impact revenue, reach, and platform performance across global markets.
This isn't account management with a fancier title. You're the person who spots an untapped supply channel in Southeast Asia on Tuesday, negotiates the commercial terms by Thursday, and has it live and delivering candidates the following week.
Your week might look like this:
- Monday: Analyze partner performance data. One channel is underpacing — you diagnose why and fix it before anyone escalates.
- Tuesday: Jump on a call with a current publisher. Pitch the partnership. Negotiate terms that work for both sides.
- Wednesday: Sit with Product and Tech to unblock an integration that's been stalling a high-value partner launch.
- Thursday: Build an automation workflow that eliminates 4 hours of manual reporting your team does every week.
- Friday: Present your partner growth roadmap to the CXO. Get buy-in. Start executing.
You'll talk to partners in the morning, negotiate contracts before lunch, dig into performance dashboards after, and pitch process improvements to leadership by end of day — all in the same role.
What Makes This Different
Most partnership roles at this level put you in a box — either "relationship manager" or "operations associate." This one refuses to separate the two.
You'll own the full lifecycle: find the partner, close the deal, launch the integration, track the numbers, optimize the outcome. End to end. No handoffs to five other teams.
Direct access to CXOs and senior leadership. Real commercial ownership from day one. And you're building systems that scale — not just doing the work, but redesigning how the work gets done.
You Might Be Right For This If...
- You have 1–4 years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client-facing roles — ideally in SaaS, Ad Tech, HR Tech, or recruitment advertising
- You've actually negotiated a deal, not just "supported" one. You know what it feels like to own a number.
- You're the person who looks at a messy spreadsheet and sees a pattern everyone else missed
- You can context-switch between a partner call, a data pull, and a strategy doc without losing momentum
- Process inefficiency physically bothers you. You automate things before anyone asks you to.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity — startup speed doesn't stress you, it sharpens you
