responsible for building a structured, measurable, and scalable T&D; framework aligned with organisational growth, revenue goals, and performance standards.The role requires deep expertise in instructional design, capability mapping, leadership development, and performance-linked training interventions.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic L&D; PlanningDesign and implement the annual Training & Development roadmap.Align training strategy with business growth plans and departmental KPIs.Create capability frameworks for trainers and non-trainer roles.Partner with leadership to forecast future skill requirements.2. Trainer Development FrameworkBuild structured Train-the-Trainer programs.Standardise teaching quality benchmarks across languages.Develop pedagogy enhancement modules.Introduce certification pathways and skill grading systems.Monitor and improve trainer effectiveness through measurable metrics.3. Non-Trainer Staff
