The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining safety norms, conducting regular safety audits & safety committee meetings to ensure no accidents
- Planning and executing improvement project at cutting and packing , as well as at frosting .
- Development of recent product at frosting.
- Ensuring availability of packing tools. Regular Preventive Maintenance of chemical coating system, Powder coating system and Branding machines.
- Minimising consumable cost.
- Implementation of ISO- 9001,2015,TQM philosophy, ISO- 14000
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Ceramics
- Familiarity with process control- cold end
- Excellent excel and PPT
- Good knowledge of IMS, System requirement, and ISO
