Project Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional Functional BA with positive knowledge in implementing solutions in the Trade Finance domain. You will be responsible for integrating core banking systems, payment gateways, and other financial applications, troubleshooting middleware components, and ensuring seamless and secure data flow across banking applications in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end onboarding and migration of corporate clients to standardized banking solutions
- Advise clients on payment formats, including ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT), XML, and SWIFT messages
- Coordinate with client IT teams to establish secure connectivity (H2H/SFTP), including encryption and certificate setup
- Review and validate payment and reporting files to ensure format compliance
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution
- Drive go-live readiness, production deployment, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, technology, operations, support teams)




- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 8 -15 years of experience in Transaction Banking / Payments domain
- Strong understanding of corporate payments, collections, and reporting workflows
- Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT), XML, and SWIFT formats
- Knowledge of Host-to-Host (H2H), SFTP connectivity, encryption (PGP/SSH), and digital certificates
- Proven experience in client-facing implementation roles
- Ability to support testing, troubleshooting, and UAT cycles
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Exposure to invoice discounting / supply chain financing workflows
- Understanding of ERP/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Kyriba, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and log analysis
- Awareness of liquidity and cash management concepts (pooling, sweeping, account hierarchy)
- Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments
