Job Title: Manager – HR OperationsLocation: Tiruchirappalli (Onsite)Shift: Night ShiftRoles & Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations, including Payroll, Compliance, and Employee Lifecycle processesOwn and oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timelinessReview and approve ESI & EPF filings, ensuring statutory compliance and zero-error submissionsDrive compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations, including audits and documentation readinessManage full & final settlements, experience letters, and relieving processes with proper approvals and timelinesSupervise and guide the HR Operations team on attendance management, leave records, and payroll inputsHandle employee escalations related to payroll, deductions, advantages, and HR policiesEnsure proper maintenance of employee records, HRIS data integrity, and documentationDesign and monitor MIS reports, dashboards,



and HR metrics for leadership reviewCollaborate with Finance and other stakeholders for payroll reconciliation and auditsImplement and improve HR operational processes, SOPs, and automation initiativesEnsure data confidentiality and adherence to information security standardsDrive continuous improvement in employee experience related to HR operationsQualifications:PG degree in HR / MBA (HR) or relevant field8–10 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / ComplianceStrong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance (ESI, EPF, PT, TDS)Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systemsStrong understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations in IndiaExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProven team management and stakeholder management experienceHigh attention to detail with strong process orientationAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information
