Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Ad Sales - Affiliate Marketing position. The role involves managing affiliate marketing programs, establishing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, strategizing and executing digital and online marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance.



The role requires regular reporting, analysis of campaign performance, and proactive identification of growth opportunities in partnership performance. QualificationsProficiency in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing tools and strategiesStrong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing with a focus on campaign development and executionExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize resultsPrior experience in a similar role is advantageousBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferredAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
