Sinoboom Poland is the Group European Manufacturing facility.We're Hiring: Quality Engineer – Supplier & Incoming Quality (PDI) based in India to remotely support our European Production.Are you passionate about quality, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement ?Join us and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.What You'll DoCoordinate and support incoming inspections (PDI), including external partnersEnsure products meet quality standards and technical requirementsWork closely with suppliers to monitor processes and resolve issuesVerify corrective actions and prevent recurring quality problemsTrack and manage quality issues from detection to closureSupport root cause analysis (e.g., 8 D, 5 Whys)Provide insights on trends, risks, and supplier performanceWhat We're Looking ForExperience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or manufacturingKnowledge of incoming inspection (PDI)
