Job Title: Inbound Sales Manager – Digital Media & Creator Partnerships

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Inbound Sales professional with 3–5 years of experience from a digital agency or influencer marketing background. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling inbound brand inquiries, understanding campaign requirements, and converting leads into successful business closures within the creator/content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries from brands and agencies across digital and influencer marketing requirements

2. Understand brand objectives and propose relevant creator-led and content solutions

3. Coordinate with internal teams (creator management, content, strategy, and operations) to build customized proposals and pitch decks

4.



Lead end-to-end sales conversations—from requirement gathering to negotiation and closure

5. Maintain robust relationships with existing brand partners to drive repeat business

6. Track leads, conversions, and sales pipeline using CRM or internal trackers

7. Stay updated with industry trends, creator landscape, and digital content formats

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a digital agency / influencer marketing / content creation company

2. Prior experience working with brands, creators, or celebrity talent is mandatory

3. Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, short-form content, brand integrations, etc.)

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment

6. Mumbai market exposure preferred
