AI/ML Engineer – GenAI / Agentic AI

Role Summary

We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy production-grade Generative AI and agentic systems. You will work on LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and autonomous workflows that integrate deeply with enterprise systems.

This is a hands-on role focused on shipping reliable, scalable AI systems, not prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications for real-world enterprise use cases
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, including retrieval strategies, chunking, and vector search
- Build agentic systems and multi-step workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and internal tools
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration strategies for domain-specific tasks
- Build evaluation pipelines, monitoring systems, and guardrails to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Optimize systems for latency, cost, and scalability in production environments
- Collaborate with product, data, and cloud teams to deploy and operate AI systems at scale

Required Skills





- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid foundation in AI/ML, including NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures
- Hands-on experience with LLMs across providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)
- Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
- Experience integrating APIs and building microservices-based systems

Valuable to Have

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT)
- Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, monitoring and observability stacks)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to enterprise domains such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, or telecom

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with recent experience in Generative AI systems
