Job Summary

We are currently looking for an HR Generalist responsible for end-to-end HR operations and supporting the smooth functioning of the organization. The role requires close coordination with multiple departments, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, reference checks, and issuing employment contracts

· Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements

· Maintain employee database, records, and HR documentation

· Formulate, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

· Maintain daily attendance and leave records of in-house and field staff





· Handle statutory HR-related tasks and compliance

· Conduct employee orientation and onboarding for new joiners

· Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities

· Facilitate and maintain office assets

· Organize and coordinate office events and employee engagement activities

· Procure resources and materials required for smooth office functioning

· Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures

· Recommend and implement employee motivation and retention strategies

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
