We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Physiotherapist to lead our clinic as a Branch Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete P & L management of the branch
- Lead and ensure high-quality patient care programs
- Drive measurable patient outcomes through evidence-based practice
- Drive sales, conversions and patient retention
- Built strong relationships with patients and referral networks
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in handling clinic operations and revenue targets
- Passion for patient-centric, outcome-driven care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
