Job Description:
We are hiring a Sr. Production Engineer for our metal industry operations involving laser cutting, laser hardening, and laser cladding. The candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring quality standards, and improving overall process efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production activities
- Operate and manage laser cutting, hardening, and cladding processes
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Maintain quality as per client specifications
- Supervise and manage shop floor workers
- Coordinate machine maintenance and reduce downtime
- Prepare production reports and documentation
- Optimize cost and reduce wastage
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
