Job Summary:
Location : Jalandhar, Punjab
Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Miduty is a quick-growing nutraceuticals company dedicated to improving health and wellness through scientifically formulated health supplements and skincare products. We’re currently looking for a Chat Specialist who can manage customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and comment sections on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Provide accurate, detailed information about our products, services, and general inquiries.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
- Address customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.




- Assist with call-related customer service queries when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference will be given to candidates from Nutrition & Dietetics backgrounds.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or chat support role.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with health, wellness, and skincare products is an added advantage.
