Key Job Responsibilities

n

- Acts as both a member and an enabler to the HSSE Committee for the firm at the circle level
- Responsible for achieving the HSSE performance for the organization / circle by examining the leading and lagging indicators through analysis of inputs from stakeholders on various HSE
- parameters.
- Establish and conductHSSE governance with internal and external stakeholders on a monthly basis
- Responsible for implementation of permit work systems, scorecards and all otherHSSE tools
- Drives internal governance, by conducting cross-functional team reviews at circle level
- Project manage and deliver annualsustainability reporting projectsin compliance with standards, guidelines and frameworks
- Provide technical or administrative supportfor sustainability programsor issues
- Participate / conductstudies around hazardidentification, risk assessment etc., interpret results
- Maintains records of compliance and is responsible for ensuring timely reportingof data to region as well as corporate,



for their suitable course of action.
- Works with vendors/O&M; Partners to solve for any concerns regarding health and safety and drive closure of report findings. Work towards creation of a sustainable culture of proactive incident reporting at all levels
- Creates and submitsabout 8 to 10 reportsper month to internal and external stakeholders
- Carry out detailed/ in-depth incidentinvestigations and drive implementation of corrective preventive actions across the circle
- Contributes to the HSSE campaignsrun for the organization and trains internal and external stakeholders on various aspects of HSE.
- Delivers trainings aroundmodules on safety,firefighting, mechanical and electrical safety, materials handling, usage of protective equipment, emergency preparedness, onsite
- emergency plan etc. as per the circle training plan
- Continue learning, enhancecompetence and remainupdated / relevant to the HSSE risks, their mitigation at all times
- Supports in creationof training contentand ensures the smooth delivery of content across the organization, to achieve the defined HSE performance levels.
- Responsible for conducting approx. 24 to 30 auditsper month coveringall geographies across circles.
- Ensures timely virtual audits and administers incident reporting,



thereby reporting & maintaining records of compliance for both internaland external reporting purposes and drive corrective preventive actions appropriately.
- Administer and coordinate with the cross functional internal/ external teams toperform tasks in alignment with organization objectives and strategies at circle level
- Involves teamwork, communication, objective setting acrossdifferent stakeholders at circle levels
- Identifies training needs and is responsible for coaching and mentoring the crossfunctional internal / external team members at circle level
- Implement interventions and initiatives alongwith stakeholders and further train employees in circle on various aspects of HSE.
- Develop mechanisms for engagement with cross-function teams at circle
- Build rapport / align with key internaland external stakeholders to build a culture of proactive HSSE compliance.
- Responsible for circle level governance, ensuring adherence to various legal and statutory requirements.
- Ensure execution and successful implementation of need based HSSE training,emergency response plans across the organization.

Education:n
- MTech / M.E (Preferred) B.E (Preferred stream- Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Any field) is mandatory.
- Diploma/ Certification in Environmental Management, Sustainability Health &Safety;/Industrial Safety

Experience: 10 -12 years of experience in HSSE post safety Qualification for Graduates and 12 -15 years of experience for diploma candidatesn
