Job Overview

nWe are looking for a dynamic and creative YouTube Executive to manage, grow, and optimize our brands YouTube channel.n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete video lifecycle from ideation and production to publishing and performance analysis while driving audience engagement and subscriber growth. This role requires a balance of creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

nManage and scale the companys YouTube channel with a focus on reach, engagement, and subscriber growthn

- Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Handle end-to-end video production including ideation, scripting, coordination, and publishing
- Optimize videos using YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails)
- Analyze performance metrics using YouTube Analytics and suggest improvements
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to enhance content strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and external partners for content and growth initiatives
- Drive partnerships and collaborations to expand channel visibility
- Ensure consistency in posting schedules and brand messaging




- Engage with audience through comments and community features

nRequired Skills & Qualifications :n

•1 to 3 years of experience in YouTube channel management or video marketing

- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, reach strategies, and audience growth techniques
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Analytics and performance tracking
- Basic to intermediate video editing and production skills
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimization
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities
- Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Experience in influencer collaborations and partnerships
