We are looking for a creative, analytical, and research-driven YouTube Content Creator to join our team. If you are passionate about content creation, love diving deep into topics, and can transform research into engaging video content, this role is for you!

This role requires a blend of content creation, storytelling, and research expertise to produce high-quality, informative, and engaging YouTube videos.

Key Responsibilities1.

Content

nCreation & Productionn

- Create engaging and high-quality YouTube videos (long-form & shorts)
- Write compelling, well-structured scripts based on in-depth research
- Shoot and edit videos with a strong focus on storytelling and audience retention
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and target audience

n2. Research & Analysisn

- Conduct thorough research on industry-relevant topics, trends, and audience interests
- Analyze competitors’ content strategies and identify content gaps
- Gather insights, statistics, and data points to create informative and value-driven videos
- Stay updated with industry trends, news, and YouTube algorithm changes

n3. Strategy & Collaborationn

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan content calendars
- Suggest innovative video ideas based on research and trending topics
- Collaborate on thumbnails, titles, and overall video packaging to maximize reach

n4. SEO & Optimizationn

- Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords
- Optimize videos for discoverability and higher rankings on YouTube
- Implement best practices to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate)



and watch time

n5. Analytics & Reportingn

- Monitor YouTube analytics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement, retention)
- Track performance of videos and identify improvement areas
- Provide weekly insights and recommendations to enhance content performance

n6. Engagement & Community Buildingn

- Engage with viewers through comments and community posts
- Build a strong connection with the audience
- Use audience feedback to refine and improve content strategy

Requirements

n

- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Technology, Marketing, or related field

n(or relevant experience)n

- Proven experience in

nYouTube content creation, scriptwriting, and researchn

- Strong understanding of

nYouTube platform, trends, and algorithmn

- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Good command of

nEnglish (written & verbal)n

- Comfortable in front of the camera with a confident and engaging presence
- Basic to advanced video editing skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask
