What You’ll DoAssisting with on-ground assessments of laboratories and blood banks.Collecting and analyzing operational data (turnaround times, workflow, utilization, etc.).Supporting layout planning, workflow mapping, and process documentation.Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for customer engagements.Coordinating with cross-functional teams during efficiency improvement projects.Learning and applying concepts of Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management in healthcare.What We’re Looking ForPost graduate in Life Sciences / Biotechnology or Biochemistry / Laboratory Technology / Healthcare Management (recent or pursuing).Prior exposure (internship / coursework / work experience) in clinical laboratories, diagnostics,
