You will interpret various recruitment metrics across multiple industries (e.g., Funnel Conversion Rates, Time-to-Fill, and Diversity Metrics) throughout global regions.Predictive Flagging: Use data visualization (Tableau/Domo)



to identify bottlenecks—such as a sudden drop in candidate pull-through in a specific region—and alert stakeholders before performance is impacted.Stakeholder Synthesis: Act as the connective tissue between operational teams and supporting business units.
