The Test Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. This role involves managing a team of test engineers, developing test strategies, and collaborating with design, production, and quality teams to deliver reliable electronic productsWhat you’ll own (mission)Lead and scale the Test Engineering function for board & system-level production to ensure first-pass yield, reliability, and timely ramps to volume.Deliver robust test strategies (ICT, AOI, X-Ray, functional, boundary-scan, system test), ATE infrastructure, and automation to meet product quality and throughput targets.Be the primary technical contact for customers and cross-functional stakeholders on test readiness, failure analysis, and continuous improvement.Build a Solid technical capability in team who thrives in upcoming 5G-6G telecommunication and AI enabled Networking products.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & DeliveryDefine and implement test strategies (ICT, AOI, X-Ray, functional, boundary-scan,
system test) and test coverage targets for current product introductions (NPI) and production.Oversee development, validation, and deployment of test programs on ATE platforms, lead test fixture & handler design reviews.Coordinate with suppliers and customers for test requirements.Drive DFT best practices, test coverage analysis, and design-for-testability recommendations with product engineering.People & Operational ManagementLead a team of Test Engineers and Technicians (hiring, mentoring, performance management).Set measurable KPIs (DPPM, first pass yield, cycle time, test coverage, mean time to detect/resolve failures) and report program readiness metrics to stakeholders.Manage departmental budget for test equipment, spares, and tooling.NPI & Customer EngagementAct as test point of contact during NPI and ramp phases: review test plans, participate in design reviews, and lead test validatio
