This role isn’t about polishing screens.

It’s about figuring out how things should work when the rules aren’t fully defined yet.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can take a messy idea and shape it into a real product
- Understands interaction and motion as part of the experience, not an afterthought
- Is comfortable jumping between a SaaS dashboard one week and a consumer-facing experience the next
- Can be independent with clients and engineers without needing hand-holding

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Lead to drive the design and implementation of user-centric digital products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves leading the design and prototyping of user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating prototypes, and crafting seamless user experiences. You will also contribute to front-end development tasks to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

n

- Proficiency in creating high-quality prototypes and Visual Design assets.
- 6+ Expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and prototyping to develop intuitive and effective solutions.
- Experience with Front-End Development to bridge design concepts with functional implementation.
- Solid ability to collaborate with design teams, product managers, and engineers to execute creative solutions, build and maintain design systems.
- Knowledge of design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as familiarity with leveraging AI tools for UI and motion design.
- Proven experience leading UX/UI projects; prior leadership experience will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like Blender, Unreal Engine/Unity would set you apart.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
