- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to close sales or conversions
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion target

- Positive communication skills in English/Gujrati(regional language is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
