About the Role- We're looking for a Tech Lead – Full Stack Development who can architect, build, and scale modern web applications while leading teams and owning technical outcomes end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll drive backend and frontend architecture, guide engineering best practices, mentor developers, and work closely with product, DevOps, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture ■ Own end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers. ■ Make key technical decisions around scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. ■ Review code, enforce best practices, and raise overall engineering standards. Back-End Development ■ Design and develop high-performance, scalable APIs using Node.js / Python. ■ Build secure, reliable services for high-throughput, customer-facing applications. ■ Ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern software design principles.



Front-End Development ■ Lead development of responsive, high-quality UIs using ReactJS / AngularJS. ■ Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences. ■ Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Gathering & Execution ■ Partner with Product, Business, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. ■ Break down complex problems into executable plans and guide teams through delivery. Team Leadership & Collaboration ■ Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching. ■ Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement. ■ Ensure alignment across teams and clear communication of goals and priorities. Compliance, Risk & Reliability ■ Ensure systems adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. ■ Build resilient systems with strong monitoring, logging, and failure-handling mechanisms.

Documentation & Process ■ Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and development standards. ■ Contribute to improving engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. Development ■ Strengthen leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. ■ Collaborate with senior leadership and industry experts. Knowledge & Skill-set Required Core Experience ● 7–8+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong production exposure ● Proven experience in Tech Lead / Senior Engineer roles Back-End Expertise ● Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (and/or Python) ● Expertise in designing REST APIs and scalable backend systems ● Solid understanding of OOP, functional design, and system design principles Front-End Expertise ● Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive design ● Hands-on experience with ReactJS (preferred) or AngularJS ● Experience building enterprise-grade, performance-optimized UIs Production & DevOps Awareness ● Experience deploying and managing production systems ● Understanding of scalability, caching, queues, and performance tuning ● Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments Databases & Messaging ● Strong experience with MongoDB and MySQL ● Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis Bonus / Valuable-to-Have ● Exposure to PHP or .NET ● Experience with CPaaS, messaging platforms, or high-throughput systems Our Core Technologies Backend: NodeJS, Python Frontend: ReactJS, AngularJS Frameworks: Django, Django REST Framework Databases: MongoDB, MySQL Servers & Infra: RabbitMQ, Redis, Nginx, Apache Tools & Platforms: Docker, AWS, Kannel SMS Gateway Why Helo.ai? ● Be
