Role Overview

are seeking a Functional Consultant with a strong interest in the Wealth Management domain who can work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to learn and apply agentic AI concepts to transform how wealth managers, banks, and fintechs serve their clients.

n

The role offers a unique prospect to contribute to high-profile projects with global BFSI clients (UK, Europe, India), support CXO-level business development, and build deep expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys (such as onboarding, suitability assessment, advice reporting, wealth nudges).

Key Responsibilities

n

Project Leadership s Delivery

n

· Lead functional workstreams in wealth management projects

n

· Translate client business requirements into structured data models, rules, and workflows aligned to regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, FCA Consumer Duty, SEBI)

n

· Collaborate with AI architects and tech teams to design and deliver agentic AI prototypes and solutions

n

· Support deliveries of agentic AI solutions including functional documentation, validation of the solutions and demos to clients

n

Business Development

n





· Work with leadership to develop proposals for BFSI clients, focused on wealth management

n

· Conduct market research on wealth management trends, competitors, and regulatory changes

n

· Build and deliver client presentations, demos, and POVs to support business development

n

· Contribute to thought-leadership content (e.g., posts, client workshops, summit collateral)

n

AI s Domain Learning

n

· Over time, develop a working knowledge of agentic AI concepts (RAG, knowledge graphs, intelligent data extraction)

n

· Experiment with AI-native tools (conversational apps, multi-agent systems, knowledge modelling)

n

Key Requirements

n

· Background: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

n

· Domain: Strong experience between 5 to 8 years in Wealth Management / Financial Services (prior consulting experience with Big 4s, Accenture, MBBs including BFSI is a plus)

n

· Skills:

n

o Analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate business problems into workflows o Excellent communication and presentation skills

n

· Mindset:

n

o Curiosity to learn agentic AI and apply it in real client contexts o Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with clients
