Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager with robust experience in handling FMCG and food brands. The role requires a blend of strategy, creativity, execution, and performance understanding to drive brand visibility, engagement, and business impact across digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media for multiple brands, ensuring content quality, consistency, timely execution, and growth-driven strategies.

Strategy & Planning
n
Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
n
Create structured content buckets (Product, USP/RTB, Recipes, Trends, UGC, Moments).
n
Plan campaign calendars (seasonal, topical, product-led campaigns).
n
Align strategies with offline marketing, launches, and trade activities.
n
- Content & Creative Direction
n
Lead ideation for high-quality creatives, reels, and videos.
n
Ensure strong USP/RTB storytelling, especially for food products.
n
Guide teams on visual language, tone, and brand consistency.
n
Drive trend-based content + moment marketing execution.
n
- Execution & Delivery Management
n
Manage and monitor social media rosters for multiple brands.
n
Ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaigns.
n
Coordinate with design, content, and video teams.
n
Maintain quality control and approval processes.
n
- Performance & Growth
n
Track and optimize KPIs (Reach, Engagement Rate, CTR, Followers Growth, Views).
n
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
n
Work closely with the performance team for paid media amplification.
n
Ensure continuous page hygiene and boosting strategies.

- Influencer & UGC Strategy
n
Plan and execute influencer collaborations.
n
Drive UGC-led campaigns and content amplification.
n
Ensure content aligns with brand tonality and campaign objectives.

Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn (if required).

Optimize content as per platform-specific best practices.

Ensure consistent brand communication across channels.

Coordination & Reporting

Act as a point of contact for clients on social media deliverables.
n
Present monthly reports, insights, and way forward strategies.
n
Handle feedback, revisions, and expectation management effectively.

Key Requirements
n
3-6 years of experience in social media marketing (FMCG preferred).
n
Strong understanding of food category communication (taste, texture, usage storytelling).
n
Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
n
Hands-on experience with content planning, campaign execution, and reporting.
n
Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
n
Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership mindset.
n
Preferred Skills
n
Experience in agency environment handling FMCG clients.
n
Strong eye for design, reels, and video content.
n
Knowledge of quick commerce / e-commerce integrations (Blinkit, Amazon, etc.).
n
Ability to identify trends quickly and execute fast.
