Role Summary:

n

We are looking for a result-oriented Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of multiple high-impact initiatives across business, technology, and transformation programs. The role requires strong execution rigor, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

Project Delivery & Execution

n

- Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure within defined scope, timelines, and budgets
- Define project charters, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Drive execution excellence with proactive risk identification and mitigation

n

Stakeholder Management

n

- Act as a single point of contact for business, technology, and cross-functional teams
- Manage senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and enable timely decision-making
- Ensure transparent, concise, and data-driven project communication

n

Governance, Risk & Compliance

n

- Maintain project governance through dashboards, RAID logs, and status reports
- Identify risks/issues and drive structured resolution mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards

n

Resource & Performance Management

n

- Plan and optimize resource allocation across projects




- Track project KPIs and drive continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness

n

Experience & Qualifications

n

- B.Tech/B.E & MBA (Good to have)
- 6–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end projects in mid/large organizations
- Proven experience in handling multiple concurrent projects
- Strong exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
- Experience in stakeholder management, governance, and risk management
- Exposure to Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, or enterprise-wide programs (HR projects as an added advantage)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (certified or in progress)

Technical & Tools

n

- Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel (Mandatory), Jira, Asana
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Non-negotiable)
- Ability to manage project plans, dashboards, and executive reporting

n

Behavioral Competencies

n

- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

n

Preferred Profile

n

- Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane & Adjoining Areas.
- Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.

Important Note:

n

This role requires hands-on project management experience with end-to-end ownership . Profiles primarily from Data Analyst / Business Analyst roles without independent project delivery experience will not be considered.
