What you need:

- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with solid exposure to Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations; additional experience in Java/JavaScript is preferred.
- Proven expertise in debugging and resolving complex Salesforce platform issues, including performance and governor limit constraints.
- Solid understanding of architectural design patterns and ability to enforce best practices and scalable solution design on Salesforce.
- Experience working independently on complex tasks while mentoring peers and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify hidden requirements and design innovative, business-aligned solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD practices, TDD, and writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; Salesforce certifications are a plus.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to refine requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Manage deployments and releases using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality and seamless delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimise system performance, and continuously improve platform stability and capabilities.
