Job Title: Senior Consultant (SAP PP)

Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred The S/4HANA Plan to Execute Solution Consultant – APAC Hub will support the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP PP processes, supporting both discrete and process manufacturing industries. This role is critical to the success of multiple transformation projects in the APAC Hub, ensuring that SAP S/4HANA solutions align with industry best practices, global template, and segment specific needs.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in SAP PP, PP-PI, and related E2E processes with the ability to harmonize planning, production, and execution strategies across plants and geographies. You will engage with global business stakeholders, participate in workshop sessions, manage system configurations, and support the implementation of robust, scalable manufacturing solutions in a dynamic transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design and deliver functional and technical SAP S/4HANA solutions for SAP Production Planning processes, tailored to both discrete and process manufacturing scenarios.
- Attend fit to template workshops with business stakeholders across manufacturing units.
- Document SAP PP functionalities including Production Orders, Process Orders, Master Data (BOM, Routing, Resources), MRP, Batch Management, and Shop Floor Execution.
- Integrate planning and manufacturing processes with related modules such as MM, QM, WM, and MES systems.




- Collaborate closely with global development and template
- Promote standardization and reuse of global templates, ensuring minimal deviations while meeting local statutory and operational requirements.
- Guide the testing, cutover, and hyper care phases for P2X domain to ensure business continuity and performance.
- Serve as subject matter expert for S/4HANA PP and PP-PI, offering guidance on best practices and strategic system improvements.
- Support data migration, validation, and system readiness related to material master, work centers, routings, and production versions.
- Coordinate with IBP/PPDS teams for advanced planning integration where applicable.

Required Qualifications and Experience

n
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration with IT specialization.
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with 4+ years on S/4HANA (PP / PP-PI).
- At least 1 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations
- Proven track record of delivering SAP PP processes in both discrete and process industry settings.
- Deep understanding of MRP Live, Order Types, Process Management, Batch Determination, and Capacity Planning.
- Experience in large-scale global SAP transformation programs, ideally with a template-driven deployment model.
- Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME), Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), or third-party MES systems is a plus.
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
