We are looking for a Lead Consultant who can take ownership of development efforts, lead solution design, and deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.

Role Summary

n

As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions while following Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead Salesforce development and configuration activities across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud implementations
- Design and build scalable, high-performance solutions using:

Apexn

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

n

Flows

n

Integrations

n
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs
- Participate in deployment cycles, code reviews, and release management activities
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Contribute to reusable components, clean code standards, and technical governance




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required

n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 4+ years of mandatory experience working with Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Integrations (REST/SOAP, third-party systems)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset

Certifications (Mandatory)

n

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant

n

Positive to Have

n

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Exposure to large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
