Compelson is expanding its presence in India and is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the enterprise and public-sector technology space.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle across assigned regions, representing Compelson in India, and building long-term partnerships with key customers and channel partners. Your work will cover:
n
Owning the complete sales cycle across assigned regions.
n
Identifying and engaging target accounts, delivering demos and PoCs, managing tenders/RFPs, and closing deals.
n
Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
n
Building and managing indirect sales channels, including system integrators and resellers.
n
Developing account plans, maintaining CRM, and delivering accurate monthly forecasts.
n
Representing Compelson at evaluations, events, and customer meetings.
n
Operating both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a newly formed local sales team. What We’re Looking For
n
5+ years of experience in enterprise or public-sector technology sales in India, ideally with exposure to DFIR, mobile forensics, or cybersecurity tools.
n
A dependable team player with the ability to work independently in the field.
n
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders (labs) and procurement decision-makers.
n
Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably NFSU/LNJN or MBA.
n
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
n
Based in New Delhi / NCR and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
