? Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced PLM Consultant / Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Discrete Manufacturing and proven experience in end-to-end PLM implementations.

?️ Key Responsibilities:

n

- Conduct discovery workshops and capture business requirements
- Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps/pain points
- Define future-state processes, user stories, and functional requirements
- Support solution evaluation (use cases, demo scripts, PoCs)
- Collaborate on integration, data migration, and governance strategies
- Drive change management, impact assessment, and training readiness
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and KPI tracking

✅ Required Skills:

n

- 7+ years in PLM domain with at least 2 end-to-end implementations
- Solid Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation
- Exposure to integration, data migration, and governance frameworks
