#### Position Summary

n

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior D2C Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3-4 years in performance marketing and a proven track record of growing D2C brands.

This role requires strong leadership skills, team management capabilities, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing. The Senior D2C Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a team,

connecting with clients on a daily basis, and designing and executing successful D2C campaigns.

#### Responsibilities:

n

- Connect with clients regularly, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing strategic recommendations.




- Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for D2C brands.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Assign tasks to team members, prioritize projects, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of D2C marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the performance marketing team.

n#### Qualifications:n

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or above, in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3-4 years in performance marketing, with a focus on growing D2C brands.
- Solid leadership skills, with experience in team management, coaching, and development.
- Ability to hire and train a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and D2C platforms.
- Proven track record of driving results and exceeding client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech orientation; always looking out for new technologies/tools in the performance marketing space.
- Comfortable working out of our Gurgaon office.
