We are looking for an experienced

Plant Maintenance Engineer for our starch extrusion and roasting manufacturing plant in Nagpur.

n

Plant Equipment Includes:

n

- Starch extrusion systems
- Roasting units
- Grinders & pulverizers
- Mixers & blenders
- Steam boiler & utilities
- Belt & screw conveyors
- Packaging equipment

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
- Handling mechanical maintenance of extruders, roasters, grinders, and mixers
- Boiler and utility maintenance coordination
- Conveyor system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Planning AMC schedules and spare parts inventory
- Reducing downtime and improving plant efficiency
- Coordinating with production team for smooth operations




- Maintaining maintenance logs and SOPs

n

Requirements:

n

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance Engineering
- 5–10 years experience in manufacturing plant maintenance
- Experience in food/starch/chemical/powder handling plants preferred
- Knowledge of gearboxes, bearings, motors, steam systems, and conveyors
- Hands-on troubleshooting approach
