We are hiring an IT Asset Specialist to manage and track IT assets across their lifecycle. The role focuses on inventory management, audits, compliance, and coordination with IT and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Maintain and track IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, peripherals, software)
- Manage complete asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal)
- Perform asset audits and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with software licensing and company policies
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty, and repairs
- Support onboarding & offboarding asset allocation/recovery
- Generate asset reports and dashboards

Required Skills n

- Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Knowledge of asset tracking tools / CMDB (Jira,ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.)
- Solid skills in Excel and reporting
- Basic understanding of hardware & software assets

Good to Have n

- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Knowledge of software licensing & compliance
- Experience with SCCM / endpoint tools
