Role Opening: Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive who can take ownership of the company’s HR operations and lead a small HR team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end HR functions and contributing to the overall growth of the organization through strong people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Start by shaping HR plans that match company goals.
- Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 HR professionals, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR operations.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Build and maintain strong employee engagement and workplace relationships, resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Develop and manage performance review systems, employee evaluations, and improvement plans.




- Organize and monitor learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation while improving HR processes when required.
- Put systems in place only when they help people do better work.
- Guide decisions using consistent practices across departments.
- Make sure each step ties back to what the organization aims to achieve.

Candidate Profilen
- At least 7 years of qualified experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to independently handle multiple HR functions and team leadership.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Experience in team management and HR process improvement will be highly valued.
