Role Description

nThis is a full time on-site role for an HR Intern located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The HR Intern will assist with various human resources tasks, including employee engagement activities,



implementing HR policies, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role will provide hands-on learning opportunities and exposure to key HR functions in a dynamic and innovative work environment.n

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed)
