Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic HR professional to handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with HR Business Partnering responsibilities. The role involves working closely with business teams to drive hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations aligned with organizational goals.

? Talent Acquisition (Hiring)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Understand hiring needs with hiring managers
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports

? HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned business units
- Partner with managers on workforce planning & hiring strategy
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Support performance management processes




- Guide managers on HR policies and best practices

? HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding & induction process
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support training & development initiatives
- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment & HR operations
- Valuable understanding of HRBP model
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HRMS tools

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- 2–6 years of relevant experience
