We are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting technical hiring, managing day-to-day HR operations, and assisting with basic accounting (expense tracking and documentation) as well as other administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and interested in working closely with engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
- Utilize MS-Office to create reports, presentations,
and spreadsheets to support the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, keeping up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and budget tracking.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management, demonstrating strong written and spoken English skills.
- Collaborate with the finance department to support accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.
