We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter & Native Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team in Vapi. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework and Native technologies (Android/iOS). If you have a passion for mobile app development, a strong foundation in Flutter, and a working knowledge of Native development, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Native (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug and fix application issues and performance bottlenecks across Flutter and Native platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Native developments, tools, and libraries.
- Ensure applications are responsive and work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs into functional mobile apps.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Optimize application performance and improve user experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app development.n

Qualifications

n





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter (1-2 years).
- Hands-on experience with Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of the Dart programming language.
- Familiarity with mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Bloc).
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and user interface guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
