The Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
n
As a Business Development Associate at Kalvium, you will play a key role in driving student admissions by engaging with prospective students and parents. You will act as a trusted advisorunderstanding student aspirations, clearly communicating program value, and guiding them through the admissions journey.
n
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interaction, counselling, and working in a target-driven environment while contributing to a mission-driven education organization.

What You’ll Do:
nStudent & Parent Engagementn
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents
- Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and program walkthroughs
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable Kalvium programs
n
Admissions Support
n
- Guide students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Address queries, concerns,
and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
nSales & Target Ownershipn
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets
- Communicate program value clearly and confidently
- Ensure a high-quality experience for every prospective student

What We Seek:

- Any graduate with robust communication skills in English and Tamil
- Interest in sales, counselling, and student interaction
- Good interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
