We operate from our office in Patia, Bhubaneswar, and are expanding aggressively across the state.

Key Responsibilities

n

▸ Own and drive the entire brokerage revenue pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure

n

▸ Build and manage relationships with key advertisers (builders, agencies, corporates, political clients)

n

▸ Oversee and guide the field sales team to hit monthly revenue targets

n

▸ Negotiate brokerage terms with both site owners and advertisers

n

▸ Develop rate cards, pitch decks, and proposals for potential clients

n

▸ Report weekly on pipeline,



closures, and revenue forecast to the founder

n

▸ Identify high-value hoarding corridors across Bhubaneswar and plan expansion

n

What We're Looking For

n

▸ 3–6 years of experience in outdoor advertising, media sales, or real estate brokerage

n

▸ Proven track record of closing deals worth ₹50,000+ per month

n

▸ Solid local network with builders, marketing managers, and business owners in Bhubaneswar

n

▸ Comfortable with both field sales and managing a small team

n

▸ Based in Bhubaneswar or willing to relocate immediately

n

▸ Odia and english language proficiency strongly preferred
