We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models
- Develop Voice AI solutions including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources (PDFs, databases, APIs, knowledge bases)
- Implement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and context management
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python
- Optimize latency, accuracy, and cost of LLM-based systems
- Ensure security, scalability, and monitoring of AI solutions in production
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams

Must-Have Skills

n





- Strong Python programming experience
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Practical experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.)
- Experience with Voice AI / Conversational AI systems
- Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning (LoRA / adapters is a plus)

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack
- Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
- Experience deploying models on AWS / Azure / GCP
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
- Experience building real-time or streaming voice applications
