Role: Revenue Manager – India Growth Market (IGM-Region)

Reporting to: Regional Business Head
n
Role Purpose
nDrive revenue visibility, conversion, and growth for the region by ensuring strong tracking of trends, timely renewals with least possible leakage, improving OB to IR conversion, and working closely with KAMs to maximize customer outcomes and renewals.n
Key Responsibilities
n
- Revenue Performance & Visibility
nOwn end-to-end tracking of regional revenue performancen
Highlight risks, gaps, and growth opportunities with clear action plans
n
Provide regular, structured updates with sharp insights (not just data)
n
- Growth & Usage Enhancement
nTrack usage product trends across accountsn
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support KAMs with actionable inputs
n
Drive initiatives to increase wallet share and product adoption
n
- Renewals & Account Health
nEnsure renewal pipeline visibility and on-time closuresn
Work closely with KAMs and customers to mitigate churn risks
n
Intervene in critical accounts and drive resolution plans
n
- OB to IR Conversion
nDrive tight governance on OB to IR conversion with the respective PMsn
Identify delays, leakages, and dependencies; ensure timely closure
n
Work with cross-functional teams to improve billing and realization efficiency
n
- Stakeholder Collaboration
nAct as a bridge between sales, finance, collection & delivery teamsn
Ensure alignment and execution discipline across functions
n
Support leadership with transparent, data-backed recommendations
