We are hiring an Analytical Business Manager

n

? Role Purpose To drive data-backed decision-making by analyzing hospital performance, generating actionable insights, and supporting leadership in improving operational and financial outcomes.

? Key Responsibilities

n

- Analyze hospital data across departments (OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics)



to identify trends and improvement areas
- Develop and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, utilization, and process efficiency
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams for data accuracy and implementation of improvements
- Work on automation and optimization of reporting systems

? Key Requirements

n

- Postgraduate (MBA / MHA or equivalent)
- 3–6 years of experience in hospital/healthcare analytics or operations
- Strong expertise in MIS, dashboards, Excel, and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with HIS and hospital workflows
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills

? Preferred

n

- Experience in healthcare analytics tools / BI platforms
- Exposure to hospital operations and revenue cycle management
